By booking or using WeShifter services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
WeShifter provides packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking services for residential and commercial relocations within Coimbatore and other locations across South India. All quotations are based on information provided by the customer.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate inventory details and access information.
- Disclose any fragile, valuable, oversized, or special-care items.
- Ensure prohibited items such as cash, jewelry, hazardous materials, explosives, flammable substances, and illegal goods are not included.
- Be available during pickup and delivery or appoint an authorized representative.
Pricing
Final pricing may vary if the actual inventory, distance, access conditions, or service requirements differ from the information initially provided.
Liability
WeShifter takes reasonable care during handling and transportation. However, WeShifter shall not be liable for:
- Damage caused by inherent defects or wear of items.
- Improper customer packing.
- Natural disasters, accidents, strikes, road closures, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Any damage claims must be reported at the time of delivery before signing the completion confirmation. Where permitted by law, liability is limited to ₹100 per kilogram of the affected item unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Payments
A booking advance may be required to confirm services. The remaining balance must be paid before or at the time of delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
